On draught at the brewpub in Whitewater, Wisconsin. Pours a clear light golden pale amber brew with fast dissolving white head that leaves behind a white ring and some spotty lacing. Aroma of light multi-grain malt, some citrus and even a touch of honey. Taste is light to medium bodied, lightly carbonated with a smooth texture and multi-grain bread flavor. Finish has a slight citrus hoppy flavor but the aftertaste then is light, crisp and nearly clean. A very good summer refreshing light brew.
