Slightly sweet and yeasty malty nose with sour dough, a tinge of citrus and shy hoppy notes. Light-sweet flavour, slim bodied with a moderate carbonation and a well-matured mouthfeel. Slightly yeasty and minimal grainy taste; slightly bitter and yeasty, malty finish with a rather shy hops character. Slim and unspectacular, but also clean and easy-going Zwickel (16.07.08). Sweet, grainy, light herbal, light buttery, bitter in the finish, bit citric.
