Aug 14, 2008 bottle, traded with koelschtrinker. Clear pale yellow colour with a golden touch, creamy white head. Hoppy nose. Slightly fruity with a malty middle and a dry hoppy finish. Hints of fruit, very low carbonation.

Apr 27, 2008 Bottle, 4.8%. Bready and slightly spicy aroma. Clear golden colour, small white head. Bready flavour, not that clean. Slightly rough, but low bitterness.

Mar 20, 2008 50 cL bottle, thanks to Koelschtrinker. Pours clear and golden yellow with a white head. Light hoppy aroma. Flavour is slight grainy and mild hoppy. Light fruity note into thr finish and a dry bitterness.

Dec 9, 2005 <i>(bottle)</i> Clear and deep golden colour with a small foamy white head. Dense sweet malty aroma with wet straw and a tinge of herbal hops. Medium sweet balty and bready taste, only slight pear-fruitiness, light bitter, herbal hoppy finish. Boring but still decent Kölsch.
