BrewDad (1691), Olympia, Washington, USA Nov 30, 2007 Tap – Brewery – Richland, WA
Aroma – Deep wheat aroma with some hops this was not bad.
Appearance – Golden yellow color, Hazy with a small head.
Flavor – Nice wheat beer with some good flavors. No need to add the lemon you fools that is a old ploy.
Palate – Crisp, easy to drink had some good flavors.
Overall – A nice wheat beer with some time spent on this brewing process. Good job.
BillKismet (1444), Seattle, Washington, USA Feb 19, 2007 Straw color with nice carbonation and decent head. Crisp hop and wheat aroma, but a stale, cardboardy flavor. Wheat and hop to not mingle well in this brew. oldrtybastrd (1512), Morlautern, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany Dec 24, 2006 Pours a hazy golden yellow. Aromas of bread/grains/ and some citrus. Had a taste of cheerios with some lemon. Sham (1846), Seattle, Washington, USA May 2, 2006 Cloudy yellow with sticky lace. Wheat and lemons in the nose. The lemon slice included may have adversely affected the aroma. The flavor is wheaty and grassy. Some traces of the lemon again. Thin body with mostly lemon in the after taste.
JorisPPattyn (4500), Antwerpen, Belgium Apr 18, 2006 Draught Little white rim above muddy yellow beer. Wet mop, rainwater nose, with a bit citrussy-sour streak. Dull sweet taste with some unclear citrussy impression. Fizzy and empty palate. Ultra-dull American wheat.
