Feb 19, 2007 Gorgeous red-amber with a nice head. Amazing bouquet of honey, fruit, and malts. Wonderful fruity flavor with some fruit punch-like notes. Rather unique with a sweet ESB flavor profile. Defies easy categorization.

Dec 24, 2006 Pours a dark amber color. Aromas of hops, caramel, and a hint of citrus. Flavor is malty with a touch of nuts and chocolate finished with some mild hop action.

May 2, 2006 Red copper colored with lively carbonation. No lace and a light head. Slight honey in the nose with fresh wort aromas. Caramel and fruity hops. The flavor is mostly of caramel malts and honey. Orange citrus. Finish is a touch earthy.

Oct 3, 2005 A nice smooth easy taste. This beer had a great flavor with a reddish brown color withat was awesome. A good beer with a very light hop. I like this beer.

Sep 29, 2005 Draft at Brewery. This beer was a very reddish amber with not a lot of head. Super sweet aroma, and a pretty sweet flavor as well. Not as much hops as I have come to expect in an amber, but I should have known as the instore descripter put it down as 13 IBU’s. Good but not Great.
