Chocolate-brown body with a resilient chocolate head. A nice deep, roasty aroma with a roasted coffee body and a dry finish.

Pours a nice dark brown. Aromas of malts and chocolate. Flavors of slight caramel, roasted malts and some slightly burnt chocolate tones.

A great Oatmeal stout with a fantastic flavor. Smooth rich malt flavor with a hint of smokiness that made this a beer to drink on a cold winter night. Pssst. Can I have another?

Draft at the brewery. I thought this was pretty good. Great aroamas of chocolate. The flavor fell off a bit, but it looked really good with a super dark pour and a decent dark brown head. Decent hop finish. Pretty tasty.

Looks like a stout. Dark with good tan head. Very subded aroma. Mouth feel was also a little weak. Not bad.

Portlandrunk and I shared the same pitcher, so you may have to take this with a grain of salt...but there was most definitely a serious vinegar thing going on here. Vinegar, molasses, and diesel - very thin and a terrible, terrible combonation. Let’s not jump to conclusions though, this may be good most of the time, but for now all I could think of was the ’Rattlesnake’ bite - venomy.

Didn’t like this at all. Why does this stout taste and smell like vinegar? Too thin and uncomplex. What went wrong here?

Very smooth, kinda syrup like, very thick. Notes of coffee, nut, caramel. Bitter finish.
