[1031-20080108] Bottle (w/ jerc, DuctTape, others; Vintage 2006). Apple skin aroma has a bit of weird floral resin. Clear, golden yellow body with no head. Sweet apple skin flavour has a bit of tart chlorine characteristics. Medium body is tart. Weird floral notes.

Bottle. Golden yellow body. Sweet alcoholic apple aroma (7+). Exceptionally tart flavour up front with sweet fruity apple middle, tart finish with notes of apple skins, light alcohol presence. Sweet juicy aftertaste. Smooth medium to full bodied palate. Very nice, less sweet than some of their other offerings.

200 ml bottle brought back from Canada 1.5 years ago. Cherry-wood colouring, leaves a film in the glass. Leather, cobwebs and wood aroma, still tart but probably not in the amount Todd and Josh experienced it - must have mellowed out. Beautiful apple sweetness, a hint molasses, sap balanced by a mellow sour green apple and light geuze-like notes, frsh - never cloying. Slick mouth-feel, dry tartness on the tongue.

Vibrant amber-brown colour. Uh...sour blast and some brown sugar for fun. Whacked-out sweet & sour taste. Apple tarts and brown sugar. Finishes quite tart...it’s a clean tartness but man that makes no sense to me. Very different take on ice cider.

(375ml bottle) Purchased at Spinnakers for an ungodly $38 - after eyeing a misprint of the regular $42. Deepest bourbon colour. Nose is highly iodine and unbelievably tart. Medicinal soup. Sweet tarts ground and liquified with alcohol. Wow... good but too much
