2002 vintage, from Spinnaker’s Wine Merchants
Light straw colour. Fresh apple nose with hints of barrel, icing sugar and a whiff of calvados-like booziness. Really tart on the palate, almost bracing, with hints of apple both fresh and slightly rotten. Assertive and flavourful, if not the most complex of their line.

(750ml bottle) Vintage 2003. Came courtesy of Oakes. Pours a still, clear sediment-free light gold body. Nose of mildly sweet apple aroma with a light alcohol undertone. Flavour is unbelievably tart - little sweetness to balance this dry, tart white wine cider.
