Clear, pale yellow body with long-lasting bubbly white bubbles. Starchy potato dry flavour with strange dry chocolate characteristics. Dry light body, very carbonated. Interesting, at first is weird, possibly good for New Year’s.

Bubbly gold pour with a quick-diminishing fizzy white head. Dry, slightly boozy aroma of golden delicious apple and slightly sour off-dry plonk. Dry taste, slightly musty, again mostly the cheap white wine and ripe golden apple. Crisp body, lightly acidic, nice carbonation (champagne-like) with a quick finish and a tart tongue-coating acidic residue. Just okay. tupalev (2618), Waterloo, Ontario, Canada

Light yellow, small white head/ Soft sparkling wine and apple aroma. Bad taste - tart apple with a weird sour vegetable characteristic. No thank you. blankboy (3260), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Pours a clear bubbly pale gold with a large diminishing bubbly white head. Dry aroma of apples along with some sweetness and alcohol. Dry and acidic tart apple flavour along with some notes of wood and yeast. Mouthfeel is very carbonated. It’s well done but I didn’t much care for it. jerc (3964), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Tart dry alcohol aroma. Light apples. Flavour is similarly dry, tart dry apples. Champagne like dryness, and palate; quite effervescent. Nice sparkling cider but its a bit dry overall. Bottle from the cidery in Kelowna.

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 5, 2007 (750ml bottle) Purchased at Spinnakers Spirit Merchant for $20. It was the last bottle and I don’t know how long its been sitting for. The cork has green-grey mold on the top but none in contact with the glass. A real "POP!" was let out upon pulling the cork. Its nice to find another sparkling cider on this side of the country - the only others I know of are the Merridale Somerset and Ross Cider? Pours a gorgeous lasting white frothy head with a hurricane carbonation. The body is a clear, light gold. Sweet and tart apple nose - I would have guessed MacIntosh but it says Braeburn. Citrus and spice round out the aroma. Incredibly tart flavours with a yeasty undertone at the base. The palate is dry and tart. Acidity is on par with a gueuze and lip smacking tart. Breathing this cider if gives a false sense of balances sweetness. Its not... and I’m a fan of bubbly sweet ciders. This is a cider my friend MartinT would enjoy as memories of Abbaye Cistercienne Notre Dame de Nazareth Rouville. JoeMcPhee (5056), Jackson Heights, New York, USA

Fresh appley aroma, tart apples and some moderate dusty/yeast notes. Very highly carbonated... champagne-like. Flavour is very dry, tart malic acidity. Creamy body. A very good sparkling cider. | 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | May 22, 2006 Very effervescent. Pale golden colour. Bright, fresh apple aroma (this from a 2003 vintage). Tart, complex, and refreshing, with a bright, earthy, juicy apple mixture. Pretty damn good - might be the best (non-ice) cider I’ve ever had from Canada.
