Body is hazy medium yellow, particles of all sizes, bottle conditioned. Aroma is moderately malty (cookie), lightly hoppy (flowers). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, moderately bitter, slightly husky. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. A bit grainy in the finish, and the sourness isn't to my liking, but the aroma is pleasantly malty and floral. Reminds me of a cream ale...smells/looks like an ale, tastes/feels like a lager. mitch3499 (45), APO, California, USA

Resonable thirst quencher at best. At least the great white on the label is cool. legion242 (1587), Richardson, Texas, USA

| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Dec 18, 2008 I found this in the back of my cellar behind some aging Lost Coast Eight Ball. Not sure how long it has been there or when I got it but if must be over three years old.
Poured gold with almost no head. Nose of stale malts and floral hops. Fizzy mouthfeel. Flavor was bland. I suspect this was a crappy beer to begin with, and made no better or worse by age. I wonder if this was something Trader Joes once sold.
