Jul 28, 2007 Bottle. Amber-red with a slight white head. Aroma of sweet malt, red fruit and marzipan. Flavour was predominantly of redcurrants with a hoppy finish to provide balance. Excellent.

Jul 27, 2007 500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. ABV is 5.0%. Beautiful deep amber colour, large off-white head, leaves a nice lacing. Sweetish aroma with plenty of malts, notes of caramel, bakery and raisins. The flavour is very rich and malty, but also fruity with well balanced hops. Not too sweet. Hoppy aftertaste. A first class premium bitter in my book.

Aroma of fruit, caramel, floral and light burned notes as well. Light bodied with an average carbonation. Sweet flavour with some bitterness. Light bitter and dry finish.
