Earthy hops, dry and green. With some grainy dry malts. Mouthfeel wasn’t as smooth as expected, slightly rough, witrh some tea-like qualities. Not really to my liking, but it was drinkable. pughy1957 (61), Rugby, England

Red/brown colour, with soapy lacing and no head. Lovely malty brew - soft, cakey, with a burst of bitterness to finish. A jostling mouthfeel, with some warmth, hints of raspberry and an Autumnal flavour. Rather good. RE-RATE draught at the Figure of Eight, Birmingham - delicious, juicy Bitter. In fact the best kind of Bitter - such a good hop/malt blend, including jiciness, freshness, tartness and fullness. Superb. Joeh (1908), Buckinghamshire, England

Dry palate. Grape skin aroma. Some mild fruit and barely any hop awareness. I didn't get too excited by this.
