Light bitterhops and roasted malt aroma. Flavour is almost tarish roasted malt with a dry hoppy note and a light liqourice note too. Ends dry and with a mild roasted acidic flavour. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, and a little chocolate. Flavor begins with burnt malt followed by some coffee and chocolate and then finishes dry. A little light or weak for a porter. Otherwise, a decent tasting brew.
