Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular. Also available bottle conditioned as On The Tiles.
The first beer brewed on the new site with the new plant. The name comes from Paul Davey M.D. and Graham Dunbavan Brewer and the Steam as we now had a steam boiler to heat the copper. This complex multi layered ale has a floral hop aroma with medium bodied hop, bitter taste with some fruit and sweetness.

[Cask at Volunteers Arms, GBBF, 2004] A dark amber beer with a beutiful beige head. The aroma is of roasted malt - very nice. The flavor is primarily roasted, but also with a tone of sweet malt. The end is quite dry.

(Bottle 50 cl) Comes as "RCH On The Tiles". Clear, amber golden with a dense, off-white head leaving some lacework. Nutty aroma. Light in body with lightly sweet caramel notes and a whiff of nuts. The finish is dry. Quite a quaffer. 130507
