Apr 4, 2005 [Cask at Volunteers Arms, GBBF, 2004] A dark amber beer with a beutiful beige head. The aroma is of roasted malt - very nice. The flavor is primarily roasted, but also with a tone of sweet malt. The end is quite dry.

Jun 19, 2007 (Bottle 50 cl) Comes as "RCH On The Tiles". Clear, amber golden with a dense, off-white head leaving some lacework. Nutty aroma. Light in body with lightly sweet caramel notes and a whiff of nuts. The finish is dry. Quite a quaffer. 130507

Flavor is moderate sweet and light heavy bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (160808)
