Bottle (500ml). Poured cloudy yellow with a massive fluffy bright white head. Tons of funky, herbal UK hops, solid hard candy malt backing, some forest after the rain character, very dusty-dry - but this is mostly about the waves of funky UK hops. Taste is surpisingly muted, mostly hops but there’s some lemon and orange juice, malt sweetness - simple but pleasant, the flavour lingers quite a while. Mouthfeel is astringent, lively (not carbonated, lively) and fairly thick. This is a solid brew, and unlike most anything we get here in Ontario. Recommended.

ornage colored pour.... poured it about 3 hours ago, its still sitting here. didnt feel like drinking it, i believe the bottle was flat. beer has virtually no co2. i think if i got a bottle that was decent - i would have liked it, so my rating is based on what i think it would taste like, as it is right now, it would be a 0 rating.

A Mes rate: 50cl bottle from Waitrose! Most impressed with this. Usually this is not my thing at all but this is going down a treat. Huge amount of hops in the aroma. Decent appearance, darkish golden body with a white head that settles to a thin film quickly but lasts reasonably well and leaves a fair amount of lace. Very lemony and hoppy flavour with just a touch of sweetness at the finish with almost instantly turns bitter and hoppy again. Pretty good stuff. Could sink a few of these...

WOH! That’s a lively brew! Lost about a 1/3 of the bottle when I opened it! Hazy gold, with a typical thick fluffy bottle-conditioned head. Looks a bit like a hefe-weizen. This is a big full flavoured ale, with soft malt and plenty of fruity hops. Great beer, but it pisses me off when beers froth up like this for no apparent reason....and No! I didn’t shake it up on the way home! VW Kelso.

Headus up pretty badly, but with a pleasant crips aroma. This is a pretty nice bitter. Crisp, clean, grainy, and hoppy at the same time.

(500ml bottle) Hazy golden body with large white head. Aroma is medium sweet, lemon, melon, herbal. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit, some lemon, herbal, floral, light biscuit. Light-medium body, some acidity, light chalk. Compares to an APA -- much more hop character than a standard British bitter.

Bottle conditioned. Somewhat ambushed by the over lively nature of this one. Huge white head on an amber coloured beer. Aroma is hoppy with some citrus. Hops dominate the taste, some citrus again, and a suggestion of malt. Dry and drinkable.

[bottle - 16.9 oz] Hazy yellow pour with a very thick and lasting white head and lots of carbonation suspended in the liquid. Aroma is very hoppy with lots of citrus in it as well. Sharp hop and citrus bite at the beginning that moves to a fruity and citrusy middle and a grainy, hoppy finish, leaving the slightest bitterness on the palate.
