Taste 8/8/08 Bottle(date?) Looks: Sediment heavy, cloudy gold. Very thick lacing head, that made some unusual adjustments over time. Aroma: Sour yeast, malty sweet and some floral. Taste: Even bitter. Some lemon iced tea. A decent beer.

Jan 6, 2009 Updated: Jan 7, 2009Cask at the Diamond poured into a British pint. It pours with a completely clear orange/amber color and a fake bubbly head created because of the cask (it of course fades quickly). Aroma is musky British malts with a cheap, watered down tea aroma. Taste is empty, plain dry cracker biscuit malts. Its ok but completely boring and useless.

Sep 27, 2008 Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Gold with a small white head. Faint floral hop aroma, later developing some sweet pinapple notes. Citric taste with a crisp and lingering bitter finish. One of the better goldens this year.
