Cask, Derby Fest 03. OG 1040. Pale gold in colour. Aromas are biscuit malts and pine hops. Flavours are buttery smooth malts followed by sweetened grapefruit. Finishes with citrus bitterness. Just found my rating slip. The beer is no longer brewed.
