| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Dec 2, 2004 Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Dark amber. Some grass and raisin. Bold mouthfeel. There’s some berries before a harsh, bitter finish takes over. Never been the greatest fan of RCH, and I found this beer to be about as balanced as a hippo in a glassware store. harrisoni (6830), Ashford, Kent, England

Unfortunately the yeast was totally sludged into the glass making this a complete orange mud soup. What it did mean though was I could drink sufficiently enough and return it for a replacement. And it did actually taste pretty good . It was nice and hoppy with citrus notes throughout. A little sweetness too. One to drink with the eyes closed. SilkTork (4184), Rochester, Kent, England
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 19, 2003 Oxford Beer Fest, Gravity Fresh. Darkly tangy. Apple notes in the finish. Crisp and fresh up front, like biting into an apple - red and juicy. Very pleasing. FatPhil (3483), Espoo, Finland

Teabag and musty wet paper aroma. Sweet starchy body, some popcorn (not sweet or salty, just the kernels). Some retronasal glue on swirling it around the tongue. Stealth hops - bitter and build up slowly. Leaves a pleasant sweet malt and bitter finish. Well balanced, but simple.
