Cask (HBF2008)
Fruity - peach and banana - esters. Creamy in the mouth, pale malts, some grain and a little lactic. Low on hops, and fruity esters poke out instead. Doesn’t seem to know what it is.

Cask, Far From The Madding Crowd, Oxford. Copper, a bit of white head. Vague caramel aroma, a little flower pollen, blackberry. Soft wandering malt sweetness with a little toast. A touch of bitterness. Nothing offensive, but not much to praise.

Cask (gravity dispense) at London Drinker Beer Festival, March 2006. Very bright golden yellow colour. Generous amount of aromatic hop in the aroma, with citric and resinous notes. Less on the palate. Fairly restrained bitterness. Light, easy-drinking mouthfeel. Decent but not spectacular.

Cask (London Drinker 06): Buttery, mild bitter. Some fruits but a little boring. Golden in colour.

Cask handpull at Red Lion, Isleworth. Golden with lasting creamy white head. Good mouth feel, bit grainy. Nice beer. Fine hoppy aroma, really quite juicy in the mouth and with fine malts.
