Aug 19, 2008 12 oz. bottle courtesy of Bockyhorsey - Pours a clear brown color with a 3/4 finger thick head. Very light, tiny spotted lacing. Aroma is a toasted caramel malt. Flavor is a lightly sweetened carmel malt. Mouthfeel is a touch thin. Still, an easy drinking Brown. Thanks Bill.

Aug 18, 2008 Clear garnet with a frothy tan head. Mild aroma is nutty roasted malts. Medium body. Nice flavor is dusty dark malts with some 8 grain wheat bread toastiness. Mildly sweet to finish. Not bad.

does not count  Aug 12, 2008 There’s a lot of bad brown ales out there, this isn’t one of em’!! This beer pours a pretty dark brown. The nose is roasted malt and a slight dark chocolate too. Taste is of medium roasted coffee beans,and a slight sweetness. A Decent amount of hops keep that sweetness in check!!!! Good Solid Brown!

Aug 9, 2008 On tap at Flying Saucer - Houston on 07/27/08. Dark brown body with ruby highlights and a small tan head. Chocolate and roasted malt aroma. Caramel, roasted malt, light molassas flavor. Medium full body with moderate carbonation.
