Commercial Description:
This light bodied blonde ale is perfectly balanced with a touch of Crystal hops for bittering and aromatics. Fireman's #4 is a great choice on any hot Texas summer day or pair it with spicy foods to help you put out the fire.

Tim Burgess strikes again. Pours pale yellow with a tall head that lingers with nice lacing. Only mildly aromatic with a faint maltiness. Medium nectar with mellow residual effers. A solid blonde with fruity nuances and a mild bitterness on the finish. Decent for a session.

Memory is hazy on this one. Yellow and medium head. Decent hops and slight floral taste. Crisp and clean.

On tap at Flying Saucer - Houston on 07/27/08. Very clear pale yellow body with a medium creamy white head. Corn, grain, and honey aroma with light floral hops. More corn and very light grain with a bit of faint honey and dry hops. Light body with moderately high carbonation.

Now I love blondes, and this one is no exception. minimal hops, a bit citrusy on the back end. Good session drink to have with peple from out of town.

Golden in color. Head disappears quickly. Hops and bitterness are apparent in the aroma and taste. It also overflows with the smell and taste of grapefruit.
