Commercial Description:
With a very complex blend of citric fruitness and floral overtones, this beer has a pleasing dry hop taste tht enhances its already stellar drinkability. A favorite among many whom appreciate the finer Pale Ales. Brewed at Sudwerk for ReaperAle.

This is at Green Flash in their tasting room...so needless to say it is brewed by GF. Great rich caramel toffe pale...a little too big for a pale but a very very good beer with tons of hops and body and excellent aftertaste

Cask @ Liar’s Club. Not much notes on this one but I remember it being a hazy dull mahogony color with thin lace covering the entire inside of the class. It had a very fresh, light toasted creamy malt, with a touch of apple flavor & a bit of earthiness. The hops were fresh and clean and always noticable. I was getting a slight Belgian aftertaste. The thing that I liked about this beer was it’s semi-dry maltiness with a nice dry somewhat tart, slight burn finish. Into medium bodied. I enjoyed it so much I had 2. Very refreshing.

Golden red body with a moderate off-white head. Heavy hops in the aroma, some very light malts... maybe even some light cheese accents. Great malty body, Cascade hops are very present in the body. A very enjoyable APA, better than most on the market.

Hazy pale amber color with a thin fully diminishing white head. Aroma of sweet malt and light hops. Flavor of light malt and sweet floral hops.

I have to say that after trying many IPA’s out there, I expected this novelty item to be less than average. "Reaper Ale" has done an excellent job with this beer. I am not a huge fan of the pale ales, but this is definitely worth trying.

This is the first that I have tried a beer from this line. Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy bronze color with a huge tan head. The aroma is sweet and fruity with light spicy hops and definite grapefruit and pine elements. The flavor sadly does not live up to the promise of the appearance and aroma. The flavor is sour and nutty with dry floral and fruity hops. Far dryer than I had expected given the aroma. The mouthfeel was moderately thick.

Draft at Padres Pizzaria Downtown SD. Orange/Golden with a decent head. Aromas were some citrus, but mostly grainy malts. Flavors were better. Decent bitterness that hung around maybe just a touch too long. OK, but not spectatular.

Tap. The beer pours to a deep caramel colored body with a nice white head. The aroma is peaches, apricots. The flavor is caramelly, peaches, hoppy but mostly fruity. The palate is medium bodied, nice lingering velvetyness.
