Commercial Description:
With a very complex blend of citric fruitness and floral overtones, this beer has a pleasing dry hop taste tht enhances its already stellar drinkability. A favorite among many whom appreciate the finer Pale Ales. Brewed at Sudwerk for ReaperAle.

Bottle. Pour is a dark amber with a small, but dense head. Aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and floral hops. Flavor is all that with a decent malt counterbalance and a bit of a soapy flavor throughout. This is pretty good, but comes off as a little too floral for me. I’d like a little more of a bitter bite.

22oz bottle shared by BeerGestapo, thanks Mike. Pours amber in color with a large fluffy head that leaves some nice lacing. Taking my first sniff I am greeted by an aroma of freshly zested grapefruit. But after inhaling deeply a scent of dishwashing liquid manifests itself. The flavor was nothing like the smell however. It was slightly oxidized with notes of overripe citrus, cardboard, floral, and a hint of banana. Though it smelled much better than it tasted it was still worthy of drinking. Maybe a fresher sample would prove to be tastier.

Brewed in the USA.... Pours a orange / amber color with a monster foamy off white head that dissipates rather quickly. Aroma of citrus, orange peels, soap and malts. The taste is also of malts, citrus, flowers and biscuits. Mouthfeel is kind of foamy with some sour bread flavors in the finish. Not bad !!! But the aroma is much better then the taste.

A slightly older bottle thanks to Lt.Dan. Pours with with a hazed gold body. Aroma still haze a decent amount of citrus hop aromas, a bit of tea and caramel, bread rounding it out. Taste has a touch of oxidation (presenting itself as dried coconut), but still some resilient citrus hops, a bit herbal, and tons of caramel. Not a bad bottle. Lively bubbles, a bit thin. Nice.

Bottle: Nice on a hot San Diego nite to finish the week. TGIF. Nice balance of Hops and malts, finish is dry and sweet. Food Pairing: A nice fresh green salad.

Bright hazy orange with a large bright white head, good retention and lacing. Strong herbal and citrus - grapefruit - aromas. Citrus hops dominate the taste as well, with a solid malt backbone that lends just enough to balance things out. Slightly watery mouthfeel, well carbonated, and strong hops bitterness lingers in the crisp aftertaste.

A full and creamy, yellowhite head settles slow and rocky over a light-hazed golden/amber body with mild carbonation. Aroma is almost entirely composed of tart citrus with grapefruit, lemon and orange rind. Light alcohol comes out late while the aromas seem to get even more sour. Flavor finds the same cictric tart fruitiness balanced about 90/10 against a weak malt backbone. Overall the flavor seems watered down. Drinkable, but... ~~~~~~~~~~ 22 oz. bomber from Kenwood Liquors, Homer Glen, IL

Bottle from Sam’s, I think. Pretty nice APA, really. Pours a nice orangey gold, very slight haze. Nose is Citrus hops and touch of floral notes. Taste is similar, reasonably dry and a touch bready. Drinks very easy and isn’t too aggressive. Nice.
