Commercial Description:
With a very complex blend of citric fruitness and floral overtones, this beer has a pleasing dry hop taste tht enhances its already stellar drinkability. A favorite among many whom appreciate the finer Pale Ales. Brewed at Sudwerk for ReaperAle.

Bottled. Clear amber, rich firm head. Powerful grapefruity hop aroma. Sweetish with firm, rounded malt character. There’s notes of honey behind the massive curtain of hops. Very bitter finish.

(6/28/06, 22oz bottle) Crystal clear apple juice body topped by an off-white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, floral, orange/lemon, some caramel, grapefruit. Taste is medium sweet, lemon/lorange, some grapefruit, light caramel/biscuit. Medium bitterness, fairly dry finish. Light-medium body, some softness. (7/3/7/4/14)

Taste is medium sweet, fairly bitter grapefruit, some caramel, floral, sourness. Medium-full body. Hoppy by APA standards, I like it. (7/4/7/4/14)

22oz bottle acquired in trade. Poured a medium and hazy amber color with a larger sized off white head. Lots of small floaters. Aromas of citrus (oranges), caramel, light pine and some toasted malts. Tastes of caramel, and citrus. Grapefruit bitter finish to balance out the initial sweetness.

Bottle... Murky, caramel-colored ale with a small, creamy, off-white head. Tons of floaties. The aroma is breadsy with notes of dried, yellow/orange fruit, caramel and butter. Lightly bitter, lightly tangy and astringent. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Finishes a little bitter and bone dry. Thanks go out to growler for sharing the bottle with me!

Clear copper orange pour with a nicely-lacing, frothy white head. Fresh green piny hoppy aroma has a light caramel malty presence. Starts With a pleasant light sweetness and good crisp hoppy balance toward a smooth, very drinkable finish. Makes a nice, flavorful session beer.
