Plasticy, vanilla, a little rubbing alcohol, brown sugar, little banana, little spice. Clean orangy brown color, good head with ok lace. Bitter flavor, grapefruit, plastic, grass, almond. It’s harsh. Kind of a mess. Medium body, creamy oily mouthfeel, bitterdry finish. Largely unenjoyable. It tasted bigger than the 7% on the label. As I’m entering this it does make more sense now that I see it described as a strong blonde, but still can’t get too excited about this one. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 20, 2006 Body is a light amber or dark blonde whatever you want to call it along with thin white head. Aroma is a bit hoppy with honey, pale malts. Taste is a bit of alcohol in the forefront, along with pale malts, and has like a liquer taste also.
