Commercial Description:
While the style of this Strong Blonde Ale is non-specific it has an overall profile that closely resembles a Blonde Bock by having some characteristic traits of a Pre-Prohibition Pilsner and the strength of a Malt Liquor. The unique traits of this beer are the pleasingly fruity aromas of apricot and passion fruit that give way to honey flavors, a subtle hint of corn liquor, and a lightly spicy but cleansing hop finish. What is Inevitable about this ale is that the deceptively higher alcohol content (7.1% ABV) is sure to affect its imbiber. Brewed at Sudwerk for ReaperAle.

blonde body with a nice white head that left lacing.aroma was a nice mix of wheat, fruits, candy, vanilla, and some hops.its funny,as this warms up it almost tastes barrel aged.flavor was a mix of the same with some hay, honey, and earth.very interesting and good at the same time.

650 ml bottle from Bevmo. Hazy golden amber with a creamy white head. Pleasant fruit, grain, and malt aroma. This has a great taste sweet passion fruit, nectar, and honey finishing with an interestingly rough grainy finish. The alcohol is well hidden. An under-rated beer that’s actually quite good.

A good session beer for the hophead. I like barleywines and imperial ipa’s, but need to have a couple lighter beers in between. This is seemingly a great pale ale with a little xtra punch. I really like the balance.

Botlte shared by Blake. Clear golden-amber body, foamy white head. Plum, pear, and sweet floral elements in the aroma. Good flavor - Smooth, light caramel underbody with pepper-spicy hops, dandelion stem, and some pollen. Good mouthfeel. Long-lasting bitter, stemmy finish.

Bottle. Pours very bubbly straw, golden yellow with a medium sized foamy white head, mostly lasting and lined lacing. Aroma is slightly sour, sweaty yeast and fruit (pineapple, peach), grainy and meal, cereal lightly roasted malt with notes of grass and flowers. Medium bitterness, mild acidity, mild sweetness, grainy and sweaty dough, malt and yeast flavors, slight notes of husks, flowers and a hoppy and alcoholic burn near the end. Medium bodied, spicy and fizzy palate.

Gorgeous golden colour, fruity, slightly esthery aroma, mixed with lots of biscuit malt. Interesting flavour, not quite Belgian, not quite German, but a nice confluence of the 2 regions. A bit like a Helles Bock, but again, not quite. It’s great to see beers that refuse to fit into one narrow style. All in all a very nice beer. Very drinkable.

Clear amber with a frothy head that sticks around. Interesting malty sweet ripe pit fruit aroma. Very smooth, rich mouthfeel. Good amber ale flavor is mildly sweet caramel and pit fruits, with a subtle floral hop taste to finish. Enjoyed this one. 3247

22oz Bottle from Hi-Time cellar. Unable to tell what’s inside from the label (mildly annoying). Nice fruity, light hop spice aroma, almost smelled like a german lager, but much better, I assume it’s from the hops used. Flavor pretty much follows aroma, very clean, excellent body, balance and mouthfeel. Not real complex but I thought that this was a very well crafted and enjoyable creation.
