Bomber courtesy of Darkelf. Pours dark brown with a copper hue and a thin white head. Smells of spice, roses, perfume and raisins. Tastes of pepper, caramel, dark chocolate, figs and some sugary hints. Palate is thick. Finish yields lots of molasses.

Bomber. Clear, very dark mahogany with a huge brown head that disintegrates rockily. A few chunky floaties. Malty sweet nose, raisin and dried fig, molasses and a touch of pine. Rich flavors of cocoa, a bit of pine resin, raisin and fig. Maybe a wisp of smoke. Becomes just a bit boozy after fully warming, but it does not detract from the experience. Body is just a shade to the thin side. Malty sweetness reappears in the finish, followed by a mild alcohol tang. Nice!

bpmber poured a tan cola like color with tan head, Nose was like cola also???? Taste was a bit of chocolate with some spice and a touch of alcohol and malt sweetness. Not quite sure what this is aiming to be, the beers I have had below are porters and stouts and this is not that?

(Rating #1251)

22 oz sampled thanks to drewbeerme. Pours dark black with a tall beige head. The aroma is nice it has an aged sense to it. Chocolate red fruit, dark fruits, and a little dough. Chocolate and roast flavors, some dark fruit, and a hint of sourness to it? Decent but nothing too exciting.

22oz, pours dark brown with off white head. nose has baker’s chocolate, roast, and sorta musty. flavor has musty dull chocolate, grainy, and milky. alc is well hidden. mouthfeel is milky. i sorta hate this beer because it’s so boring and i find it pointless.

Pours a very dark brown color with a formidable tan head. Excellent lacing that provided a nice frothy blanket to the tiny pieces of sediment that floated throughout the beer. The scent was heavy and strong alcohol with notes of malt, raisins and nuts. There was a nice balance of malt and hops to compliment the carmel and nutty assualt on the palate. This a very interesting beer....I really enjoyed this big boy.
