aroma is brown sugar, syrup and slightly buttery. flavor is faint licorice, burnt stuff (lightly to moderately burnt), faint charchoal, caramel. end result is grilled caramel with some ashes on it. quite a lot to explore in the tasting sensation. tarjei (1417), Bryne, Norway Oct 29, 2008 50 cl bottle at Skallerup Klit. Very deep reddish brown color, nice but disappering tan head. Aroma is roasted and caramel malt. Aroma of malt, light roastiness and coffee notes. Sweet caramelly flavor with some coffee. Medium-bodied. Nice.
