Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Refreshing. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. The flavour has a light sweetness with caramel notes and a slightly bitter and dry citrus. It’s smooth and caramel-like, but also with quite some dry citrus/grapefruit. joss (3117), Garching b. The flavour is OK malty, slightly rough. Slight anis aftertaste. There is no yeast in the appearance, but the flavour has some baker’s yeast. Not the nice, naturtrüby kind.
