12 oz.bottle on 4/25/2008. Clear medium brown with a spare off white head. Aroma of brown sugar, lightly roasted nuts, and some graininess. Medium body. lightly carbonated, some stickiness on the palate. Malty sweetness dominates the flavor, and a touch of bitterness comes on slowly at the finish, but the sweetness lingers.

Jul 17, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clear brown. Aroma of light malt. Taste is also a little malty & nutty. Pretty weak considering the abv. Finish is weak. Mouth is pretty smooth.

Jul 5, 2008 Pour fairly transparent for a brown ale. Very thick head that lasts. Tastes very creamy with nutty and toffee flavors. Is very drinkable for this style but still has impressive flavor.

May 26, 2008 Sampled at BDR’s tasting and shared by BDR. Pours a semi-clear brown brew with a thick beige head that slowly dissipates to a fine foam head that follows the beer. Aroma of slight acidic caramel malt and a touch of vinegar. Hmm, another infected bottle? Yep, let’s try this again.

May 18, 2008 Brown in color with a fluffy beige head. Slightly nutty malt aroma. Flavor is mild and sweet with touches of caramel and nut. Pretty tasty little brown.
