DarkSong (102), Dacula, Georgia, USA Sep 17, 2009 12 oz bottle. Pours a pale yellow color with a thick long lasting white head. It has a pleasant aroma that smells a little of hay and honey. It has a nice crisp taste and tastes of citrus, pepper, bread and grass with a wonderful aftertaste. I really enjoyed this one. redlight (1445), Winter Park, Florida, USA Aug 14, 2009 Cereal, grainy, bready aromas hints of honey and very mild citrus hops coming through. Pours very light blonde with a thin white head. GodOfThunder (855), Orlando, Florida, USA Aug 14, 2009 Decent enough blonde ale with a good amount of flavor. Bitter hops come through on the finish. Beerlando (2284), Orlando, Florida, USA Aug 14, 2009 Bottle. Pours a clear golden shade with a head of snow white foam. Settling to a thin film, the foam leaves splotchy lacing on the glass. The aroma shows lightly sweet pale malt, with a decent amount of floral hop presence and a touch of peppery citrus peel. There’s a weird, fermenting fruit thing going on that’s a little off-putting. The flavor is balanced and easy going, but boring, showing a malt base of toasted bread and mild toffee, with a grassy, peppery hop bite. Light bodied and prickly, the mouthfeel is a little overly active, finishing semi-dry and crisp. It’s not a bad blonde, but it’s pretty pedestrian. Cletus (5002), Connecticut, USA Jul 29, 2009 Pours gold with a white head. Smells of sweet caramel and grassy. Tastes perfumy and a little skunky with a sweet malt presence on the finish. 502Flavors (617), Louisville, Kentucky, USA Jul 26, 2009 On tap at Nashville’s Music City Brew Festival. Neutral light and refreshing without much character except a bit of cereal quality shinning through on the finish. lithy (1600), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Jul 19, 2009 Clear yellow, huge rocky white foam. Aroma is yeasty, malty, dusty, musty, spicy notes. Taste is pale malts, bready, hay, grass. emacgee (1859), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA Jun 23, 2009 Poured a light hazy gold with a one finger offwhite head. The nose is sweet, bready, lite grassy hops. The flavor is grassy, sweet, bready, malty, some corn. Crisp hop bite on the palate. Some sweetness.
