12oz bottle thanks to TheBeerCellar. Pours a cloudy, pale yellow with a huge white head. nose if of wheat, lemon and some spice. Mouthfeelwas medium with lots of carbonation and a sour aftertaste.

Bottle. Pours out a light yellow color without much of a head. Smell is yeasty and sweet. Some hops, not many, but they are there. The taste is light, easy to drink, kind of sweet. Very crisp and refreshing. Not bad really, and it makes for a good summer beer. Not as good as the infected hefe was though.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a faint, light yellow. Medium sized, bubbly white head. Sharp malt aroma with a hint of honey. Flavor has a bit of a peppery bite. Mostly grassy flavors throughout. Nice beer for a hot summer day.

12oz. Pale yellow pour with a fairly pillowy white head. A little bit of pear on the nose but that is about it. Body is a bit more interesting, but not much... some corn, honey and green tea action. Slightly dry finish with a bit of copper pipe. I can think of a lot of other refreshing summer brews I would pick over this.

Not the best Aroma or Palate. Appearance is good. Yellow with a nice full Head. I just don’t know where to put this beer on my favorites. I didn’t like the spice and my overall first impression is a no go. Sorry Red Brick, you’ve made better ales.

I thought this was a pretty tasty blonde ale. Yellow and fizzy, perfectly to style. Pleasant noble aroma. Crisp dry and clean, just enough bitterness.

Golden pour, slight bitter end. Nothing overly special about this brew. I did prefer this to their Red Brick Ale. Could be a good session beer.

Clear coppery straw color with a small white head. Very carbonated with good fizzys. Corn like flavor and slight oh so slight bitterness. Good session brew
