Bright straw colour. Fruity, cidery aroma. Fresh, clean flavour, mainly light Cascades but also some balancing pale malts. A pretty respectable blonde ale.

on tap-pours a dissipating off white head that laces and yellow color. Aroma is grain. Taste is sweet grain/light malt, hint of light spice hops. Nice, smooth. OK effervescence.

Bottle… Lightly hazed yellow ale with a mid-sized, fizzy, white head that quickly diminishes to a small, tight, creamy cap and then sticks around for a good while. The aroma is composed of peppery hops, a subtle note of butterscotch and a metallic, dried-sweat nuance. Light to medium-bodied with a mildly creamy mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. There’s a moderately bitter hop component in the otherwise thin, listless flavor. Crisp, lightly bitter, watery finish.

Pours a clear pale golden with a thin ring of white head. Aroma is dry, lightly earthy and grainy, with a touch of hoppiness. Body starts clean and sugary malty with a nice light bitter balance and a dry, mildly earthy finish. A very drinkable beer that’s nothing extraordinary.

Pours gold with a white head. Smells of sweet caramel and grassy. Tastes perfumy and a little skunky with a sweet malt presence on the finish.

12 oz bottle, in person trade with Wunderbier (Habersham Beverage on Habersham, Savannah GA, April 2006), served at cellar temperature in a Unibroue glass. Very clear blonde with a moderate white quick-dying head leaving little residue in the glass....honey, light almonds and faint crisp grassy notes in the low-strength aroma....body is clean and refreshing, fairly sweet at first with growing dry hoppiness towards the finish, a bit of smoky/burnt malt character, toasted caramel and a somewhat strong mineralic/meteallic note that is near-overpowering....rather syrupy, thick body with somewhat low carbonation. Not terribly successful overall.

Poured a clear gold with amedium sized white head and plenty of bubbles floating to the top. Aroma of malt, dough, and golden raisins. A touch of floral hop flows underneath it all. Flavor is malty, clean and a little sweet. Light to medium body makes for a good session beer for in the GA heat.
