Bottled. A hazy dark brown beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma is sweet with a light touch of acidity and notes of herbs and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet and acidic and strong notes of herbs combined with light notes of alcohol and metal, leading to a dry roasted finish. The alcohol bites lightly in the tongue. Thanks to Papsoe.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of CaptainCougar. Hazy, dark brown with a tint of orange and a beige head. Aroma of roasted malt and vitamins - and then a distinct tartness. Medium body with sweet, roasted malt and then the sourness reappears. Clearly infected - sad. 030707

Dark brown colour. Oaty, malty, nutty aroma with silky milk chocolate accents. Malty with nice silky chocolatey notes, but some astringent woody ones as well. Dry, woody, hoppy finish.

Dark brown color; the head disappears quite quickly. The aroma shows also some rotten apple. Caramel/malt taste, still with the fruitness from an overripe apple. Funky (read Papsø below).

Bottle acquired in trade with goldtwins. Poured a dark ruby red/brown color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of chocolate, roasted malts, and oatmeal. Tastes of oatmeal (stronger in the tastes than the smells), dark fruits, chocolate and coffee. Light bitter finish. Tasty - I’m glad I had the chance to drink this one!
