| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 5, 2007 Bottled. A hazy dark brown beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma is sweet with a light touch of acidity and notes of herbs and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet and acidic and strong notes of herbs combined with light notes of alcohol and metal, leading to a dry roasted finish. The alcohol bites lightly in the tongue. Thanks to Papsoe. Hazy, dark brown with a tint of orange and a beige head. Aroma of roasted malt and vitamins - and then a distinct tartness. Medium body with sweet, roasted malt and then the sourness reappears. Clearly infected - sad. 030707 kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA
