DarkSong (102), Dacula, Georgia, USA Sep 15, 2009 Pours a darkish golden color with a small white head. It has a grapefruit smelling hop aroma and the aroma of pine. It has a pleasant lingering hop bitterness and a citrus grapefruit hop taste along with a pine taste and is a bit dry. This is a pretty good beer. Hoppy aroma. Clear golden coloured fruity and hoppy with a crisp and slightly dry bitter finish. kiefdog (1567), Tampa, Florida, USA Aug 25, 2009 12oz bottle courtesy of bhalter8. Pours a hazy orange to copper color with one finger white head that settles quickly. Aroma is sweet and floral with notes of caramel, honey, grass, wheat, light floral esters, light floral hops. Flavor is sweet and sweet and floral with notes of caramel, honey, floral hops, light citrus, light pine. Generally light to medium body with a pleasing hoppy finish. Beerlando (2284), Orlando, Florida, USA Aug 14, 2009 Bottle. Pours a very lightly hazy orange-amber hue. A massive head froths up way too quick, indicating probably infection. Sticky, cloud-like patches of lacing coat the glass. The aroma confirms my suspicions....this one is funked. Peppery, dirty smelling yeast dominates any underlying malt, while bitter orange peel keeps things sharp. The flavor is biting and bitter, citrusy and grassy, with very little toasted toffee sweetness and a minerally, earthy finish. Overly active and bone dry, the palate is all off. Get your sanitation in order, folks. arventresca (334), Greenville, North Carolina, USA Aug 1, 2009 Bottle. Orange with thin white head. Kind of cloudy. Nice citrus(hoppy) smell. Taste clean and refreshing. Better than average I’d say. Great, no probably not. lithy (1600), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Aug 1, 2009 Sampled at the 8th Annual Music City Brewer’s Festival. Caramel, orange, white head. Aroma is caramel, toasted malt. Taste is spicy hops, caramel, toasted malt. 502Flavors (617), Louisville, Kentucky, USA Jul 26, 2009 On tap at Nashville’s Music City Brew Festival. A solid and refreshing pale, but not too memorable when put up next to many of the other pales at the festival. bretupdegraff (172), Fishers, Indiana, USA Jun 30, 2009 very carbonated, taste has a good but hidden hop flavor with some spice. overall not too impressive
