Bottle. Golden slight orange pour with a decent head that collapsed fairly quickly. Somewhat malty aromas and flavors, with a lot of hard citrusy grapefruity hops in there. Bitter dry finish. This beer has greatly improved in the past year or two.

Bottle... Hazy, golden ale with a small, creamy, off-white head. Citrusy, malty aroma with notes of butterscotch, lemon peel and wild flower honey. Good balance. Lightly sweet up front followed by moderately bitter grapefruit on the backside. Medium-bodied and fizzy. Finishes bitter, crisp and dry. Thanks go out to GoldTwins for the bottle!

Bright amber with a thick head. Lightly crisp, balanced but bland. Canned mushrooms, caramel and almost a hint of toastiness.

Bottle. Copper colored, small white head. Weak aroma, some hops and malt but faint. Flavor is moderately hoppy, slightly malty, and there is some sugar in the finish. A bit flat to me. Draught. Similar but not as flat tasting, or weak in aroma.

Pours with a golden-orange body topped by a thin to medium thick head with some lacing. It’s bitter and hoppy with a slightly sweet maltiness. Average at best. Medium bodied and tingly on the tongue.

From the bottle.

Pours light amber with a big head. The aroma is a nice blend of hops and sour grasses, but the flavor....ouch! This beer tastes like a skunk trapped in a zinc mine. This is a nasty, watery, metalic brew. Not quite a drain pour, but I was really in the mood for a beer and didn’t have another at hand.

Good APA and a good hometown brew too. Not sure if it is available nationwide. Good color and nice floral aroma.
