| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | May 10, 2005 Pours a lightly hazy copper with a half inch persistent ivory head. Lots of lace. Smell is grassy malt and light floral hops.
Taste is typical pale ale. Lightly fruity some decent hops but thin malt flavors. Watery and boring. Mouth has a light fruity/sour aftertaste but again a bit thin a pedestrian, even for a pale ale. I think they have made a mistake by trying to tone this beer down to appeal to mass market and have made a subpar pale ale by any standards. Not even tasty as a session beer. looks great but goes downhill from there.

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 23, 2005 Thanks to beeryum for this. Pours cloudy dark straw with minimal head. Aroma of resiny hops, some floral esters, and slight female farmgirl perineum (corn and taint mixed together). Hops in the taste, along with some malt and citrus as it finishes. Decent, but not upper echelon. richlikebeer (832), Easton, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 20, 2005 cloudy orange color, thin layer of white head that holds for about half the beer. aroma is pretty basic, hops with nothing else going on. taste is pretty much the same, weak hops with some moderate bitterness, a little bit of spices on the very end. tail is right in line with the rest of the beer. decent body and a crisp mouthfeel are this beers best features. a decent brew to pound down after a hard days work, but not to sit and enjoy
