Commercial Description:
Pronounced citrus and floral overtones as a result of dry hopping with Centennial and Ahtanum hops. A touch of flaked rye lends a dry finish.

Large rocky white head with hazy yellow appearance. Aroma of lemon and yeast with a flavor to match. Crisp and refreshing. Nice body with a clean finish. This is better than I thought it would be.

They have a ton of this at greens in atlanta now. Cloudy orange pour with a thick, lasting eggshell white head. Wheat and yeast aromas along with a bit of malt when warmed. Nice hopping in the taste, with some citrus (orange), coriander and some peppery spice. I’m going to call it medium bodied, but it’s cutting it close. Nice finish, with some lingering hop bitterness. Nothing to really complain about, it’s pretty solid. Slight sourness keeps it out of the top ten. The best of the red bricks I’ve had yet. Way to go for the locals.

Update: I had this years on tap, it’s even better. The balance is right on, but what’s up with the haziness? This ones a sipper. The hops will definitely make you smack your lips a couple of times. The hops may be borderline. Some sips I enjoy them, and other sips they just seem like too much. All in all a pretty decent brew.
