Commercial Description:
Red Brick Summer Brew is a traditional Hefeweizen style beer. We use traditional Hefeweisen yeast that imparts the beautiful flava and aroma, reminiscent of summer itself. Unfiltered to keep the unique character of the yeast intact. Golden and nearly opaque, this classic summer beer is beautiful in a tall slender glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon or orange on the rim of your glass.

Sorry but this one was a drain pour for me. Little brown in color but flavorless.

Bottle from goldtwins. Pours a hazed yellow shade of white with a large pocked head. Tangy baseball card gum nose with a light floral hint of banana. Light bubble gum flavor too with a more pronounced banana flavor. A bit of rose like something in the finish. Leaves a light burning on my tongue that does not bother me one bit. Banana and yeast linger pleasantly. First beer I’ve had in a few days, and not the last. Thanks for the bottle Larry. Ap-4 ar-7 tas-6 pal-3 ov-14

Bottle courtesy of CaptainCougar. Average light gold body with a heavy white head. Wheat and citrus aroma, nothing great. Fair taste, all in all.... a average hefeweizen. Very bitter, citrus ending.

Poured a hazy yellow with a small white head. Yeasty aroma of banana and some lemon. Taste is pretty much the same as the aroma. Light bodied.

12 oz bottle, via CaptainCougar I believe. Pours a cloudy gold colored body under a one finger foamy white head. Aroma is of light wheat with some grassy hay. Minimal fruity esters, but some light bubblegum. Flavor is very thin with a lemony taste on the finish. Light wheat and minimal yeast make this a pretty boring Hefe. Mouthfeel is thin and unexciting with some light carbonation. Overall, this was a well below average Hefe. More of an American Wheat if anything.

Bottle: A moderate layer of yeast on the bottom. Pours clear until that layer and then it becomes cloudy. A fairly retentive head with light white lacing. The nose is a bit spicy with some yeast and moderate sulpher notes. Some good clean esters along with a bit of funky wheat malt. The kind that you usually find in an American Wheat beer. The flavor is a bit more sweet/tart with a thin dry finish. Needs something, not sure what, maybe a bit more esters or sweetness. Light hoppy tail. Starcy. Eh.
