On Tap at the brewery, I enjoyed this one, for being made local, its not bad, Fresh, lots of wheat flavor,Some malt, Citrus, drinkable, an ok example of an American style hefeweizen.

Draft, consumed at brewery on 01/07/08. Slightly cloudy medium yellow. Good head. Wheat aroma and flavor. Somewhat dry and bitter in the aftertaste. I like German and Belgian wheats, but Americans (like this one) just leave me missing the cloves and bananas,

Tap at the Brewpub: Light hazy blonde, thin head and great lacing. Nose of citrusy hops (maybe some lemon) and a balanced pale malt/wheat malt, not that great though, more indecisive. The flavor is citrusy and lotiony, some funky wheat notes. Finishes ok, but neutral, fresh, not bad.

Moderately hazed amber appearance. Non descript aroma. Mild grainy flavor, not much going on, dry and grainy in the finish. Needs a lemon.
