Red Duck Overland Bright Ale

This is a pretty thin beer, probably tasting this at the wrong time of the year since it really tastes like a Summer beer. Aroma is slightly citrus, pours light amber/yellow with a white head that quickly dissipates. Definitely not driven by malt, the beer relies heavily on it’s hop character to pull it through and gets ever so close. The flavour profile is slight citrus and almost mango that is meshed with the hop bitterness which is pleasant and certainly not resinous. If there was a but more body perhaps pushing closer to the 4.5-4.8% range it would be a bit better balanced IMHO. As a result it seems thin with a short finish.
