Draft at OF. Another herby, spiced-out "Belgian". In theory at least. Hazy light golden yellowish color. Herbal, with a non-subtle chamomile touch. Tea? Certainly leaves the White Ale realm in my opinion. Creamy, medium bodied. Smooth, different. Overall just too herb dominated.

[Tap] Sample notes from a brewpub visit in January 2009. Pours a hazy bright yellow color with a small soapy white head. Aroma of cracked wheat, light coriander and a hint of citrus. The flavor matched the aroma quite well. More citrus in the flavor than you might expect with the aroma. The carbonation level seemed a bit high. Surprisingly good body. A very refreshing and well made beer.

On tap at The Old Fashioned in Madison: Pours a transparent bright golden with a small ring of white bubbles. Aroma of sweet pale malts and big coriander and orange peel spice. Starts with average fullness for the style and a nice light malty sweetness well balanced with citric orange and lemon notes before a coriander spiced finish. Very drinkable, true to style and refreshing.

Tap at the brewery. Yellow pour with a thin white head. No aroma to speak of really, or maybe my nose was having an off day. Flavor is light, a little lemon, but not a whole lot else.

On tap at the Malt House: Poured a pretty cloudy golden colour with a large white head. Instant wheat, lemon and yeast on the nose. Taste is light and creamy but spot on as far as witbier style goes. Noticeable coriander for sure with a little spice on the palate. Smooth, lingering citrusy wheat finish.

Had this one on draught as part of WinTour 3 at the brewpub in Wausau, Wisconsin. Hazy, medium yellow pour with a mild wheaty and citrusy nose, peach and grapefruit present with a bit of wheat and lemon, and a soft finish.

[Growler] shared by skyview. Pours a hazy yellow with a moderate off white head. Aroma is bubblegum and hay. Flavor is the same, with some coriander, wheat, and maybe a touch of orange. Very drinkable. Medium mouthfeel.
