Commercial Description:
Sunbeam is our golden blonde style ale brewed for drinkability, with both fresh lemongrass and ginger. This beer has a wonderful flavor and aroma, an herbal spiciness, paired with fresh lemon.

Tap at the brewery. HAzy yellow with a nice white head that laced up real nice. Lemony all around, but the flavor was rather mild with a little bit of acidity.

Tap at red eye. A hazy golden yellow with white head. Very very light body with dominant lemongrass flavor, though the ginger shows up in the finish. Very drinkable on a hot summer day.

Received an early release sample of this summer golden ale at the Red Eye brewpub in downtown Wausau, Wisconsin. Fresh from the brite tank, pours a hazy golden straw colored brew with a thick and lumpy white head that just does not go away. Aroma of Belgian wit style character with golden grain malt, some wheat, coriander, a hint of ginger and just a touch of lemon. Taste is smooth, creamy, medium bodied with flavors of golden multi-grain malt, lemon grass, coriander, some peach and a touch of white pepper. Finish continues to be smooth, semi-sweet with a short lived lemon and wheat aftertaste. One of the best summer golden lemon/shandy style ales I have tried.
