Pours completely black, no head to speak of. Aroma has liqourice, rubber, some blackberries. Low carbonation, fat mouthfeel. Flavour is softly tart, some raisins and lots of prunes. Roasted and tart, not really my thing. cgarvieuk (4205), Edinburgh, Scotland

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 19, 2009 A Sim rate (Manchester BF): Aroma is clearly diacetyl. Sickly butterscotch. Sweet, but slightly off-putting. It’s like icing when really what you wanted was a pizza. Bittersweet, but not bittersweet like dark chocolate... the kind of bittersweet that makes you think you’ve missed the "best before" date. KnutAlbert (3217), Oslo, Norway
