Commercial Description:
American style pale ale. Accentuated with locally grown wet hops. The beer has developed a straw golden color with a delicious bitter flavor balanced by our Montana grown barley.

On draught at Sam’s Taproom, next to the brewpub in Red Lodge, Montana. Pours a clear golden amber brew with a thick lumpy white head with excellent retention. Aroma has plenty of citrus zest, piney, and a touch of light caramel malt. Taste is light to medium bodied, lightly carbonated with a good volume of caramel malty bread. Finish is slightly dry and a moderate mild bitterness in the aftertaste. The Harvest Ale is quite similar to the Beartooth Pale Ale except the brewery uses hops that are locally grown.
