It was nice and cloudy with a white head that doesn’t stay around for long. Very very smooth taste with a clean finish. I was very impressed. Red Lodge makes some sweet brews. I wish they had more available. wulfhere (217), Billings, Montana, USA

Straw colored and cloudy, with a yeasty, bread-like nose. Pours a nice creamy head that dissipates quickly.
Fresh, clean taste with yeast and bread chcarcter and a definite citrus flavor. Finishes crisp and clean with a mild maltiness and gentle almost hidden hop/yeast finish.
A nice session beer. smashteroid (251), USA

I was at this bar in Cody, Wyoming called the Silver Dollar, and I was downing pint after pint of this until I realized it was the middle of the afternoon and I was drunk. The bartender was nice, she made me this awesome platter of piping fresh fries. The rest of the day was an adventure. Skyview (4064), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 19, 2007 Sampled on draught and in bottles at Sam’s Tap Room, next to the brewpub in Red Lodge, Montana. Pours a hazy golden pale brew with a creamy white head that quickly dissolves. Aroma of light enriched white bread, a slight yeast and a touch of banana esters. Scent is very light to pick up. Taste is medium bodied, lighly carbonated with a multi-grain malt flavor. No yeast or dry banana flavors in the palate. Finish is sweet with a touch of lemon citrus in the aftertaste. An average light wheat beer. hillfiiiiire (286), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 9, 2008 Draft. Really hazy body with orange color. Bready yeast, hay, and, naturally, wheat on the nose. Quite sweet taste is noticeable as different from the hefe style. Nothing that stands out about the flavor or aroma though. Just not offensive. Also, it was a bit boozy, which I found odd for the hefe style. Finishes dry with a thin body feel to it. As I’ve said in several ratings, there was nothing wrong or alarming with it, which ultimately just makes it unworthy of remembrance. bitbucket (2035), Kirkland, Washington, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 28, 2008 Bottle. Pours cloudy gold with a scant white head that produces a few dots of lace. Initial aroma was kind of dusty, but after it sits a bit, some sweet banana comes out. Oranges and wheat in the taste. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Grassy finish. Seems to be sort of straddling the fence between German Hefeweizen and American Wheat. badgerben (3605), Blaine, Minnesota, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 4, 2009 Thanks to Skyview! Clear, dark gold color with a quickly vanishing thin head. Slightly dry grain aroma. Interesting flavor. Some wheat, grain and dry earthiness, but an oddly smoky overtone. Not too strong, but enough to be noticeable. I would say this is much more an American Wheat than a Hefeweizen. BückDich (4856), McCall, Idaho, USA

Nose of light citrus and hops, clean yeast and some nice sweet malt. The flavor is yeast, no esters. Clean wheat and yeast. The finish is citrusy and grassy. Decent.
