Nov 23, 2007 Draught at Charlotte International Airport. Pours sparkling amber with an average, frothy, off-white head, diminishing with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, grain, meal), average hops (herbs, grass), average yeast (dough, sweat) with notes of pear. Medium bodied, mineral texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.
