This was an excellent and hoppy Maibock from this brewery. Came out a nice pale and hazy golden color. Nose was spicy like cracked rye and spicy like lager yeast. You know that beefiness that is spicy afrom the yeast and the pepperiness that is spicy from the malt. Great malt profile. Excellently hopped. Bitter and spicy. G-rat
