Poured clear copper with a small, rocky, off-white head which was mostly diminishing. Aroma was of sweet malts with toffee, brown sugar, maple syrup and muscatels. Flavor was of sweet caramel malts with a light bitterness, toffee, subtle fruitiness (dates & cranberries) and a dry finish.
