Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.
"It is a deep coppery-red in colour and is very aromatic with intensely floral hops and a lightly sweet and malty flavour. This full-bodied ale offers a very pleasant high bitterness, with smooth sweet malt character, creamy head with good carbonation, and with an excellent bittersweet finish."

Just awesome, nice name and nice funny label. It is probably the best amber ale I have tied in my country, it is good they use a Mexican ale style name.

Bottle at the Cambridge Blue, 11-10-08 Pours Reddy/Amber. This is a straightforward malty type of beer, medium carbonated bit sweety malt, some caramel, toffee and vanilla, fine.

Bottle (330ml). Poured clear copper with a small, rocky, off-white head which was mostly diminishing. Aroma was of sweet malts with toffee, brown sugar, maple syrup and muscatels. Flavor was of sweet caramel malts with a light bitterness, toffee, subtle fruitiness (dates & cranberries) and a dry finish. Light bodied with lively carbonation, a dry mouthfeel and a average finish.

From a bottle poured a brown color with a fair amount of head. Nice light hoppy sweet flavor with a quick finish.
