Soft glowing peach color. Big spiced banana and apple nose, with a flavor to match... very fresh. Cinnamon, rum, banana and pear flavors abound, in a beer which must be under 4% ABV but yet still fits the style, minus the alcohol presence common in doubles. Punchy and sweet finish makes this one especially nice.

Oct 20, 2007 On tap at Red Rock. Pours a light amber with a good head. The taste is mostly banana with some spices. This could be great if it was 8-11% alcohol, and even the bar staff agree. Utah’s laws! But overall it is quite good; fruity and smooth. Good.
